We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship have successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections. Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic gadget experience while giving you total peace of mind. Most items sold by Pleasure Box are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties. If, in an unlikely situation you are not covered, please check our Warranty Exemptions and Notes below.

 

Since the products we sell are private products, after the customer receives the goods, we cannot make a second sale. All products in this store do not support return services. (You received an incorrect or defective item, etc., we will arrange to resend a product to you, please understand.)

 

If the product you receive cannot work, please send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective item to email: [email protected], we will send you a new product for free after verifying your specific situation.

Refund Policy

 

Damage and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Changes / Cancellation

All sales are final and neither cancellations nor product changes are guaranteed unless confirmed by our staff. Once the tracking number is confirmed and the order has been processed, no cancellations or changes are possible including shipping address or changes related to different variants. For issues related to changes and cancellations, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of your order being placed for the fastest changes/cancellations.

 

Delivered / Undeliverable / Incorrect Address Orders

It is solely the customers’ responsibility to provide us with 100% accurate delivery information when the order is placed. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received from the courier. Please take care in providing your shipping information, apartment number, whom the package is addressed to (Occupant of the address), and complete delivery address at the time your order is placed. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Packages delivered to the wrong address, marked as undeliverable/disposed, addressee unknown, incomplete address, or, returned to sender will not result in a replacement or a refund.

 

Return / Change of Mind

All sales are final thus returning items due to a change of mind is not possible. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.

 

Customers are responsible for all duties/taxes imposed by the destination country to the package is being shipped. It's the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the items they are ordering aren't prohibited or illegal in their home country. If products are seized by the destination country customs due to being illegal or not permitted under their local laws, no refunds will be issued.
